Welcome to D and T Home Watch in Bradenton Florida.

D and T Home Watch, LLC is an insured and bonded home watch company specializing in the care and security of second homes/vacation homes, for absentee homeowners. Since we reside full time in Bradenton we will happily serve home owners in Bradenton, Sarasota, Anna Maria Island, Longboat Key, Cortez, Bayshore Gardens, Palmetto, Ellenton, and Lakewood Ranch and all of Manatee and Sarasota Counties in Florida. We offer a variety of home watch services such as regular home inspections and home maintenance referral in your absence.

While you are away, your home, condo, or townhouse is left unattended. As we all know home systems can fail at any time and unfortunately you may not be there when this happens. But with our regular scheduled visits any problem can be addressed promptly, avoiding or minimizing the cost of a potential repair. Our multi-point inspection, of both the interior and exterior of your property, D and T Home Watch, LLC offers you peace of mind knowing that we are looking after your property like it was our own. Interior Inspection

During each interior inspection of your property we will thoroughly go through every room in your entire home. We can use our basic checklist that includes a general walk through checking all windows and doors to be sure they are securely locked, check your major appliances and your air conditioning and heating units to make sure they are operational. We also will look for any visual water problems or obvious signs of insect or rodent invasion. Or, if you want to add to the basic list we can develop a customized checklist with you for your property. After we complete our inspection we will contact you within 24 hours by email, fax, or by mail with a copy of the checklist or we will contact you immediately if we detect any problems. Exterior Inspection

During each exterior inspection of your property our basic checklist will include a walk around of your entire property checking for any obvious problems. We will check for any storm damage, forced entry, broken doors and windows, and signs of any insect or rodent invasion. We will note the general aesthetics of your property including a visual check of your roof. We will make sure your property does not have any unwanted newspapers or leaflets and note the condition of your pool and inspect any outside equipment for any obvious problems. After our inspection we will contact you within 24 hours by email, fax, or by mail with a copy of the checklist or we will immediately contact you if we detect any problems. Custom Inspections and Services

We offer a variety of additional services for our clients that can include the inspection of your boat and lift, your personal water craft, your motorcycle, the starting and running of your car, or anything else that you may want us to visually inspect. Our custom services can include meeting utility servicemen or repairman at your property and staying with them as needed or until the job is complete. Or, we can meet your guests to provide access to your home and make sure it is secure when they leave. We can also personalize your home watch checklist for your custom home or for larger properties. These additional services can be easily added to our basic checklist at an additional cost. We also offer a variety of cleaning services for your season arrival, selling, or moving as well as working with bank owned properties getting them ready to sell.These services are quoted on a per job basis.
